The City of Emery offers water, sewer and garbage utility services to its residents.  Water meters are read by the city on or about the 15th of each month.  Bills are then sent and are due by the 10th of the next month.  Click here to complete a Utility Application. 

Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the City Office or at The Security State Bank, Emery, SD. You can also sign up for automatic debit through The Security State Bank.

The City of Emery also accepts credit/debit card payments through PayGOV.  A per transaction service fee of 3% will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.  Click on link below on the bottom right to pay with your credit card.
